Job Description
The Senior DevOps Lead owns the DevOps, automation, and reliability strategy for large, high-throughput SaaS platforms on GCP. This role is accountable for deployment reliability, platform stability, release velocity, and operational resilience in latency-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own DevOps and SRE strategy for large-scale GCP platforms
Define and enforce CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps standards
Ensure zero/low-downtime deployments and rapid rollback
Drive performance, observability, and reliability improvements
Act as escalation point for platform and release incidents
Core Experience & Expertise
812+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
5+ years owning DevOps for large GCP-based environments
Deep expertise in:
Kubernetes, GKE, Docker
Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines
SRE practices for latency-sensitive systems
Experience operating high-traffic, data-intensive SaaS platforms
Preferred
Experience with regulated or healthcare SaaS workloads
GCP DevOps / SRE certification
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have: - Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computing / IT preferred - Functional Domain: Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain. - Experience: Relevant years of experience in similar role. - Communication skills: Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. - Personality: Good time-management skills. - Team player: Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements. - Be efficient in finding strategies to streamline efforts and successfully complete tasks on time.
