JOB Purpose
The Sr. DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, container orchestration, monitoring, and system reliability while collaborating closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to enable faster and stable release cycles.
Role and Responsibilities / KRAs
- CI/CD Strategy, Automation & Release Management
- Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure DevSecOps integration within CI/CD workflows.
- Optimize pipeline performance and reduce deployment time.
- 2. Cloud Infrastructure & Infrastructure-as-Code
- Deploy and manage infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Use tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.
- 3. Containerization & Orchestration
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Security, compliance & Collaboration
- Ensure infrastructure and deployments follow security best practices and compliance standards.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release cycles.

Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification
- 46 years of overall IT experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)
- Proficiency in AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
