Job Description

Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient CI/CD platform as code to meet established SLAs.
Implement CI/CD processes for infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud infrastructure.
Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response processes.
Monitor CI/CD system stability and performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure smooth production operations.
Manage workflows to integrate developer-maintained automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Services to drive best practices and documented standards across the organization.
Develop and continuously improve operational practices and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CI/CD trends, cloud technologies, and operational best practices.
Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory standards such as ISO, SOX, and SSAE 16.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial start-up environment.
