Sr Devops Engineer

Allerin builds AI and Robotics products: edge to cloud video intelligence, computer vision systems, and data platforms. We also partner with select clients to solve their hardest technical problems.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who can own our cloud infrastructure, evolve our CI/CD pipelines, and drive reliability across high traffic AI/IoT platforms.

What you'll own

• Design, provision, and maintain multi region AWS and GCP environments using Terraform and Helm
• Optimise cost, performance, and scalability for high traffic AI/IoT platforms
• Evolve our GitLab pipelines to achieve true trunk based, push to prod workflows with automated testing, security scans, and blue green deployments
• Champion immutable builds and container security best practices
• Implement end to end monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and alerting via PagerDuty
• Lead post incident reviews; drive MTTR down through runbook automation and chaos testing
• Embed shift left security (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning) into pipelines
• Partner with our SOC2 team to maintain least privilege IAM, secret rotation, and audit trails

Sit shoulder to shoulder with developers, QA, and product to bake reliability into every user story

• 4+ years running production workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong IaC (Terraform or Pulumi) and Kubernetes knowledge (EKS/GKE preferred)
• Proven GitLab or GitHub Actions CI/CD automation experience
• Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, and container runtime security
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation and tooling
• Hands on with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Loki)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or edge computing workloads
• SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance experience
• Chaos engineering practice (Gremlin, Litmus, or similar)
• Cost optimization track record (FinOps)
