Role : Sr. Developer ServiceNow (ITSM)
Experience: 8+Years
Notice period : Immediate joiners only.
Develop ITSM and HRSD features, portals, and integrations.
Implement Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF for quality releases.
Enforce security/ACLs, data privacy, and platform best practices.
Support upgrades, troubleshoot L3 issues, and mentor team members.
8+ years on ServiceNow, with deep hands-on in ITSM and HRSD modules.
Strong JavaScript (server/client), Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.
Experience configuring Service Catalog, Record Producers, Workflow/Flow migration to Flow Designer.
Solid knowledge of CMDB/CI relationships, Discovery (nice to have), and data modeling.
Integration experience with Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP HR, Active Directory/Entra ID, email, SFTP, and internal APIs.
Performance tuning, Scripted REST APIs, Transform Maps, Data Sources, and mid-tier troubleshooting.
