Sr.Developer - MuleSoft RPA

• 8-10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3-5+Years of Experience in MuleSoft RPA development.
• Develop solutions and POCu2019s based on customer and project needs
• Excellent software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET, Excel VBA)
• Strong experience in root cause analysis.
• Should be familiar in understanding client requirements, conducting system analysis, designing, developing, testing and implementing RPA solutions as per system requirement specification.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Estimation and Design phase for all Projects which are part of the RPA Team. Design process flow on the bots more optimally and to keep them robust.
• Invest development hours on more complex bots, assisting another developer on the crucial pieces.
• Participate in all the Requirements Gathering sessions with the customer, and leadership.
• Provide support for existing automation solutions, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problemsolving sessions.
• Participate in creating SOPs, checklists, training content, Root Cause Analysis documents, trackers, etc.
• Continuously improve on technical skills and learn new RPA tools.

Skills (Mandatory):

• RPA-MuleSoft, Web Services, Solid Programming knowledge, SQL, Source Code Management (GitHub repo)
• Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficiency in MuleSoft development, including API design, integration, and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
