Job Description

Role Overview-

The role is part of a team responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Tata Communications CDN portfolio. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, solution consulting, and commercial acumen to position Tata Communications as a strategic CDN provider for enterprise and media customers.

As a representative of the Tata Communications CDN team, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of Tata Communications CDN and edge services by supporting revenue growth, market penetration, and customer success across the assigned region or industry vertical.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of CDN and adjacent technologies with the ability to engage effectively at both CXO level and with architects, developers, and operations teams. The role demands a proactive self-starter who can independently plan and execute territory strategies while consistently supporting quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Drive solution design, PoCs, customer engagements, and adoption to support revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory or vertical.

  • Work closely with customers to understand technical and business requirements, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.

  • Articulate clear and compelling value propositions for Tata Communications CDN and adjacent offerings in comparison to competitive solutions.

  • Accelerate customer adoption through technical enablement, solution workshops, and best-practice guidance.

  • Conduct solution training and enablement sessions for internal sales teams, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain a strong PoC and opportunity pipeline, supporting conversion to production deployments.

  • Collaborate with partners to extend market reach and drive wider adoption of CDN offerings.

  • Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key and strategic accounts.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.

  • Participate in, and at times lead, cross-functional discussions involving Sales, Customers, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.

  • Provide technical and analytical support to business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the current product portfolio.

  • Enable and activate the partner ecosystem to scale adoption and market presence.

  • Work closely with Marketing to support product-focused initiatives and campaigns for the assigned region or accounts.

Basic Qualifications-

  • -Bachelors of Technology

  • -Strong background in CDN, streaming, OTT, security (WAF), and edge technologies

  • -3years+ experience insolution consulting, customer engagement, and technical sales support

  • -Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams

  • -Self-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused
