Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies. With a focus on Amazon RDS AWS CloudWatch and AWS DevOps the candidate will design implement and maintain scalable applications. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of AWS services to optimize performance and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services to enhance business operations.
Implement and manage Amazon RDS databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor application performance using AWS CloudWatch to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Utilize AWS DevOps tools to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
Design and maintain data warehouses using Amazon Redshift for optimized data analytics.
Configure and manage AWS EC2 instances to support scalable application infrastructure.
Leverage AWS EMR for big data processing and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
Store and manage data securely using Amazon S3 to ensure data accessibility and compliance.
Write and maintain Python scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS solutions with existing systems.
Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster team growth.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new AWS technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Amazon RDS and AWS CloudWatch for effective application monitoring.
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS DevOps tools for efficient software development lifecycle management.
Have experience with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and analytics solutions.
Show capability in managing AWS EC2 instances for scalable application deployment.
Exhibit knowledge in AWS EMR for processing large datasets efficiently.
Be skilled in using Amazon S3 for secure and compliant data storage.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and task optimization.
