Skills: Experience in application support or technical support roles within technology or product environments Ability to read and understand basic SQL queries for validating test data and troubleshooting backend issues Proficiency in reviewing API specifications and using tools like Postman and Swagger for testing and validating interfacing applications Strong ability to review systemapplication logs and perform preliminary analysis to identify potential root causes and possible solutions Handson experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as JIRA Confluence or equivalent Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies including sprint ceremonies and release cycles Strong analytical problemsolving and documentation capabilities with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of interacting effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Highly detailoriented with a strong focus on quality accuracy and enduser experience Ability to manage multiple parallel testing cycles prioritize tasks efficiently and perform effectively under tight timelines or highpressure release windows Agile Methodology Knowledge of JIRA Confluence Good Communication skills written and verbal Ability to identify detailed activities plan them along with the PM Co-ordination between different stakeholders Be proactive open and honest in communicating with management Ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders internal and external Ability to interact at various levels within the organization Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
