Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise digital experiences. In this role, you will build cloud-native AEM solutions, implement modern headless and hybrid content delivery models, automate CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI-assisted tools to scale high-performing web applications.

Key Roles & Functions

  • Lead Technical Engineer: Drive end-to-end component and service development across AEM Sites and DAM.
  • Cloud & DevOps Specialist: Manage Cloud Manager deployment pipelines, repository syncs, and Dispatcher configurations.
  • Integration Lead: Connect AEM with internal/external APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud, and event-driven Adobe I/O services.
  • Headless Architect: Implement scalable content delivery pipelines using GraphQL, Content Fragments, and Adobe Universal Editor.
  • Innovation & Acceleration Advocate: Establish AI-assisted coding practices to speed up development cycles and maintain code quality.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable AEM templates, HTL components, Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and event handlers.
  • Architect headless and omnichannel content models using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, GraphQL, and Adobe Universal Editor.
  • Configure and maintain Adobe Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub-to-Cloud Manager repository synchronization.
  • Manage Dispatcher rules, reverse proxy setups, CDN performance tuning, and load balancing.
  • Implement multi-site architecture (MSM) and support enterprise DAM integrations.
  • Build integrations between AEM and third-party APIs or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions using Adobe I/O.
  • Establish and champion AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AEMaCS AI tools) to optimize team velocity.
