Sr. Designer - Instrumentation

The Designer Instrumentation role at KBR focuses on creating and delivering high-quality visual designs that support digital, print, and marketing initiatives. The position requires strong creative ability, technical proficiency in design tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and designs for websites, print materials, social media assets, and marketing campaigns
• Translate project requirements and objectives into effective design solutions
• Develop detailed design plans, sketches, digital mock-ups, and prototypes
• Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality creative outputs
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for review and approval
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project and client requirements
• Manage multiple design assignments while ensuring timely delivery
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques
• Support and guide junior designers when required
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all work-related interactions
