THE ROLE
This is not a make renders and pass it on position. You will own projects end-to-end: from first client conversation to final handover.
- You'll design.
- You'll coordinate sites.
- You'll prepare BOQs.
- You'll solve real-world problems.
- You'll see your work built exactly as intended.
Think of this role as:
Designer + Executor + Client Partner
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Client meetings and requirement discovery
- Space planning, layouts, and design development
- Working drawings and BOQs
- Costing and specification alignment
- Vendor/site coordination and measurements
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on quality
- Managing client expectations professionally
- Your projects will typically range from ₹8L to ₹40L+.
What We Are Looking For:
- Have 3+ years of interior/modular design experience
- Have independently handled complete projects (not just concepts)
- Are comfortable with site visits and execution
- Understand BOQs, costing, and commercial decisions
- Communicate confidently with premium clients
- Prefer systems and clarity over jugaad
- Take ownership instead of passing blame
