The Role
Responsibilities
- Understand the data model and map the source to target.
- Experience working with large amounts of data in a variety of formats and structures
- Strong analytic skills and good understanding on Data pattern trends.
- Monitor and report progress of the data migration plan at project level.
- Manage Source to Target Data Mapping.
- Manage and co-ordinate activities for the ETL engineers to perform the data migration.
- Lead and work in collaboration with the team to ensure data is cleansed in a timely manner.
- Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
Ideal Profile
Experience And Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in Data migration projects in telecommunications.
- Must have at least 1 project experience in Data Migration of BSS from legacy
- Must have knowledge of telecom BSS system
- Expertise in programming languages such as PLSQL, Shell/Python scripts, Linux
- Worked in ETL/ELT tools and MySQL or Oracle database.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
