- Domain Skills SMEs with deep industry experience of reference data (instruments, clients etc.), exception management, data controls supported by a team with knowhow of reference data management & corresponding exceptions
- Data Analysis Skills Framing SQL queries & extraction relevant information across database tools
- Support Skills Coordination with Business & other stakeholders for issue resolution & management, managing & improving SLAs, framing SOPs etc.
- Tool Skills Databricks, DataIKU, Starbust, GCP, Big query (ability to work/operate on this tools with analysis skills
- Automation Skills Ability to analyze and identify art of possibility leveraging multiple automation technologies with experience of implementing process, task & control automation for other customers
