Job Description

Position Overview

As a Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting Automation Specialist, you will be part of the client's Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting Automation team, supporting the transformation of manual, fragmented reporting processes into robust, scalable, and automated data solutions.

You will work closely with client business stakeholders, IT teams, and multiple vendors to deliver data-driven improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on analytics delivery, stakeholder engagement, and data governance awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alteryx Agile Reporter (data preparation, validation, reconciliation, controls)
  • MAS regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS 610/649/returns, governance & controls)
  • Automation experience across reporting pipelines
  • Strong SQL; Python exposure is a plus
  • Experience with ETL, data quality checks, and reporting automation frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with data analytics and automation tools such as:

• Alteryx

• Power BI

• Or equivalent ETL and BI platforms

• Strong understanding of data analytics workflows, reporting automation, and dashboard development.

• Experience creating and documenting data models and ETL processes.

Business & Delivery Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in client-facing environments.

• Proven experience in:

• Business analysis

• Data analysis

• Requirements gathering

• Process improvement

• Ability to translate business needs into structured analytics solutions.

• Solid project and task management skills, with attention to delivery quality and timelines.

Data Governance & Compliance

• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance concepts.

• Experience supporting audit-ready reporting and controlled data environments (FSI / regulated industries preferred).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience in regulatory reporting, risk, compliance, or finance data domains.

• Exposure to FSI, Banking, or other regulated industry environments.

• Familiarity with data governance tools, metadata management, or lineage frameworks.

• Prior experience working in multi-vendor delivery environments.
