Accountabilities
- Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization
- Develop and execute the data analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader data strategy and business goals
- Proactively engage with business leaders to identify critical business challenges and opportunities for data leverage
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on data and analytics
- Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights, influencing decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging data trends and technologies for potential adoption
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing and leading a team of data professionals
- 6+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in data analytics with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact
- Proven experience in leading and defining data analytics strategies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen to understand business objectives and implement data-driven strategies
- Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation
