Minimum Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
9+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering data analytics solutions using SQL and Python in a private, public, government or military environment.
Experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
Experience extracting, validating, and analyzing large-scale enterprise data, including ERP-based financial or operational data
Hands-on experience working with SAP data sources (e.g., ECC and/or S/4HANA tables, views, or T-Codes)
Experience translating analytical results into clear, actionable insights for business or audit stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further in This Role Include

Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years of experience building advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven solutions in a complex enterprise environment within a private, public, government or military setting
Strong skills in analytical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and executive-level communication
