This role will be part of the global digitalization team at Duracell, with the mission of using data and systems to optimize and automate Duracell's supply chain. The data analyst will be instrumental in enabling this mission, by curating foundational datasets, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operational teams to build data analytics models to drive optimal supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Design, build, and maintain robust SQL data models using Snowflake and other data platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools, helping to enable an AI-driven future
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data workflows.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake experience preferred).
  • Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the CPG industry or with supply chain, sales, or operations data.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices in data modeling.
  • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience with AI assisted coding applications (ex: Claude Code, Codex)
