Senior Engineer – Applied AI (Agentic AI Systems)

Tenure: 6 Months

Location: Remote

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM

Experience: 5–8 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer to build and productionize GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, with strong backend engineering and production support experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python development
• GenAI / LLM application development
• Agentic AI frameworks – LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex
• RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation & observability
• FastAPI / backend API development
• SQL, NoSQL & Vector Databases
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
• Production deployment, monitoring & troubleshooting
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-grade AI/agentic applications
• Develop RAG and retrieval pipelines
• Build backend APIs and microservices
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring and observability
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

Good to Have: Knowledge graphs, synthetic data, evaluation datasets, MCP, and AI developer tools.
