As a Senior Data & Continuous Improvement Analyst at Kohler Co., you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various business units. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and enhance decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Your role will involve analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will play a key part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement statistical models to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with teams to define project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
