We are seeking a motivated Sr Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Job Location : Thane, Malad, Andheri, Vikhroli, Ghansoli.

Salary Range : 25k to 60k + Incentives

Out of Mumbai Candidates are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes
• Train and mentor junior support staff when necessary

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in customer support or related field
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy and a customer-first mindset
