We are seeking a Sr. Customer Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in our knowledge base.
  • Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze support metrics to improve service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and web technologies.
