Job Description
- Service Delivery role, responsible for Backbone procurement in Americas:
Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly reviews with vendors.
- Provide inputs to internal stakeholders about scope of work, milestones and delivery updates.
- Assist with conducting the periodic audits of processes and inventory.
- Track spend and implement optimization initiatives.
- Liaise with Legal and Regulatory teams to develop contracts
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and established quality standards
- Organize vendor QBRs and track compliance of suppliers to agreed service levels.
Desired Skill sets
- Good understanding of networking, transport (Ethernet & DWDM).
