Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Responsible for all operations and trouble shooting with respect to installation support, network service configuration. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 0-4 years relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on field experience


Other Knowledge & Skills
  • Understanding of Provisioning process, Telephone, Internet, Data, Service Activation
  • Knowledge in switch and router configuration


Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure configuration task completion for Enterprise or Wholesale customers with clean deployments within the SLAs.
  2. Conduct change management, turnup and migrations requests
  3. Standard testing and troubleshooting of installs or activation post Provisioning.
  4. Validate wiring connections and schedule dispatches with field operations.
  5. Regularly participates in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member.
  6. Ensure all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA's or KPI's
  7. Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy.
  8. Should have Working experience in(DNA) Digital Network Administrator andknowledge inDTN, DTN-X, XT & OA nodes
  9. Should have Working experience inInstallation & De-installation of TIM/TOM, OTM card, AOFX card, and XT nodes
  10. Good Knowledge ofTNMS (Transcend Network Management System) and Groove G30& G40 nodes
  11. Experience inCircuit provisioning in DNA & TNMS
  12. Knowledge ofSoftware Upgrades
  13. Manage all operations with respect to installation support and network service configuration management
  14. Manage implementation for any new network updates
  15. Manage Server upgrades and Software Upgrades
  16. Design the network to ensure adherence to the timelines and hand over to project implementation team
  17. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and take corrective action when necessary
  18. Handle requirements like addition/removal of equipment and issues during migration to new circuits
  19. Scheduling the Tech on site and Provide technical expertise for ensuring smooth integration of network and system
  20. solutions/network improvement
  21. Ensure that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet specifications
  22. Ensure adherence to process and timelines, maintenance of systems like PSR in Sales Force
  23. Responsible for the configuration of Channel Turnup and network components to meet design specifications
  24. Manage and monitor planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management
  25. Managing the NCF projects
  26. Managing FDR pulls and Temp log analysis
  27. Reviewing the AMC QA documents
