Job Description

  1. Ensure implementation and compliance of HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all regional operations.
  2. Monitor adherence to local, national, and organizational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  3. Lead risk assessments and hazard identification processes to minimize workplace incidents.
  4. Develop and execute region-specific HSE strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  6. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  7. Drive a strong safety culture by promoting awareness and accountability at all levels.
  8. Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs, including inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher sessions.
  9. Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safe work practices.
  10. Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource utilization.
  11. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  12. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
  13. Support emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and crisis management.
  14. Review contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements and standards.
  15. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HSE performance and improvement initiatives
