We're looking for a Sr Creative Strategist who understands how ads truly work, someone who loves blending creative storytelling with data-backed testing to craft ideas that convert.

What You'll Do

1. Campaign Strategy & Performance:

Develop and execute creative strategies for omnichannel campaigns (Meta, Google, Influencer, etc.) focused on improving CTR, engagement, and conversions.

Deep-dive into performance data with our analytics team to identify creative winners and iterate on what works.

2. Creative Testing & Optimization

Plan and manage structured creative testing from copy variations and visuals to formats and hooks.

Build and maintain a Creative Playbook that documents learnings on messaging, formats, and styles that perform best across brands and categories.

3. Consumer Research & Insights

Drive monthly consumer research, talk to real users to understand motivations, pain points, and preferences.

Convert insights into actionable ad concepts and hypotheses for A/B testing.

4. Brand Communication & Consistency

Uphold brand tone, identity, and design coherence across all communication touchpoints.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to align creative direction for partnerships, festive campaigns, and product launches.

5. Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to bring high-performing ad ideas to life.

Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining quality and data-driven thinking.

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing communication.

Strong grasp of performance-driven advertising, testing frameworks, and conversion psychology.

Experience planning ad content end-to-end from concept to execution.

Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into creative hypotheses.

Eye for brand tone, storytelling, and visual coherence.

Prior experience with D2C, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
