Artwork Review and Approval
- Review packaging artwork for cartons, labels, foils, inserts, and promotional packs.
- Verify product name, composition, strength, dosage form, pack size, storage conditions, warnings, and statutory declarations.
- Ensure consistency between approved product dossiers and artwork content.
- Coordinate artwork approval with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging Development, and Quality Assurance.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure artwork complies with applicable regulatory requirements and market-specific guidelines.
- Verify manufacturing license numbers, product registration details, barcodes, and mandatory declarations.
- Support regulatory submissions involving artwork updates and revisions.
Artwork Change Control
- Manage artwork revision requests through the change control system.
- Review proposed changes and assess regulatory and quality impacts.
- Maintain artwork version control and approval records.
- Ensure implementation of approved changes within defined timelines.
Documentation Management
- Maintain approved master artwork files and records.
- Control issuance, retrieval, and archival of artwork documents.
- Ensure traceability of all artwork revisions and approvals.
Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with Marketing, Packaging Development, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and external printing vendors.
- Resolve artwork discrepancies and compliance issues.
- Support product launch and artwork development activities.
Printing Material Compliance
- Review printed packaging material proofs before commercial printing.
- Verify color coding, text accuracy, dimensions, and printing specifications.
- Approve final printer proofs prior to production use.
Audit and Inspection Support
- Provide artwork-related documentation during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Support investigation and closure of artwork-related deviations and observations.
