Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Counsellor located in Chennai. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and counselling to students in overseas education. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, assisting in application procedures, providing visa support, conducting research on educational programs, advising on career pathways, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and educational opportunities. The Sr. Counsellor will also be responsible for delivering presentations and workshops, as well as maintaining accurate records of students interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong counselling and advisory skills in educational processes
• Experience in conducting assessments and research
• Proficiency in handling application procedures and providing visa support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage students interactions effectively
• A master's degree in counselling, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in education consultancy is a plus
• Familiarity with global educational programs and visa policies
