Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Immigration Counselor specializing in Canada, Australia, and other regions. The role involves guiding clients through visa application processes, offering personalized counseling on immigration programs, and providing updated information about visa regulations. The Senior Counselor will assess the eligibility of clients, help in compiling documentation, manage client queries, and assist in interview preparations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the immigration process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations for Canada, Australia, and other countries
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintaining and organizing comprehensive documentation for visa applications
- Ability to provide expert advice and guidance tailored to individual cases
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and communication
- Educational qualification in Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field is advantageous
