Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Counselor at our Surat location. As a Sr. Counselor, you will guide students through the entire study abroad process, from understanding their goals to identifying suitable programs and institutions. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing accurate information on courses and countries, processing applications, supporting visa procedures, and maintaining relationships with students and educational institutions. You will be instrumental in empowering students to make informed decisions about their academic and career aspirations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in student counseling, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of study abroad programs, admissions processes, and visa guidance.
- Ability to conduct research and provide accurate educational advice tailored to individual needs.
- Experience with client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the education consultancy industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in applicable software and tools for application management and communication.
