Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counseling students, handling queries, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups
• Maintain student data and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or EdTech
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Proficiency in CRM/MS Office preferred

Preferred: Candidates from EdTech or University background | Immediate joiners preferred.
