Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sr. Costing & Estimation Manager to oversee and optimize cost estimation processes for corporate interior fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project scopes, collaborating with internal teams for tender submissions, assessing vendor quotations, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. The professional will also lead efforts in value engineering, cost control measures, and the preparation of financial reports to align project outcomes with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software tools
• Strong knowledge of market rates for materials, labour, and subcontractors
• Experience in Vendor Assessment and Contract Finalization
• Project Management skills, including Planning, Coordination, and Deadline Management
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in costing and estimation within the corporate interior fit-out industry
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements
