Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sr. Costing & Estimation Manager to oversee and optimize cost estimation processes for corporate interior fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project scopes, collaborating with internal teams for tender submissions, assessing vendor quotations, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. The professional will also lead efforts in value engineering, cost control measures, and the preparation of financial reports to align project outcomes with client expectations.
