Sr.Corporate Access
Overview
We are seeking a full-time Corporate Access Coordinator to support our investment team by owning the end-to-end corporate access workflow. This role is central to how our investors engage with company management teams, brokers, and conference organizers. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, organizing, distributing, and tracking corporate access opportunities, while ensuring precision, auditability, and strong communication. This is an operationally critical role that emphasizes process design, systems thinking, and reliability.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage a corporate access process built on analytics and tracking of information flow to extract the most value from banks to help determine counterparty commissions
Assist in the coordination of meeting logistics, calendars, invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups
Point of contact with bank corporate access teams, IR teams, and event organizers (primarily via email)
Maintain accurate, real-time trackers for (i) requests, confirmations, waitlists, and declines; (ii) attendance and consumption; and (iii) broker vote and usage metrics
Design and maintain repeatable workflows and SOPs for corporate access processes
Ideal Candidate
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate independently
Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator (written and verbal)
Proven ownership mindset, reliability, and comfort with operational responsibility
Comfort collaborating with developers or technical teams on reporting or workflow tools
Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience in corporate access, investor relations support, or a similar role within financial services, preferably at an investment bank, asset manager, hedge fund, or corporate access provider
Experience with CorpAxe or comparable corporate access platforms Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of information with precision and attention to detail
