Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Copywriting:

  • Write compelling, high-quality copy for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, ads, and branding materials.
  • Craft clear and persuasive messaging for political campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Develop long-form content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, scripts, and press releases.

Brand Voice & Strategy:

  • Define and maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all communication touchpoints.
  • Develop content guidelines and messaging frameworks for clients and in-house projects.
  • Translate briefs and marketing objectives into sharp, on-brand copy that connects with the target audience.

Social Media & Campaign Copy:

  • Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and ad copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and ensure content aligns with platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design and video team to deliver cohesive, campaign-ready content.

Creative Collaboration & Ideation:

  • Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, content calendars, and creative direction for client and in-house projects.
  • Provide copy leadership and mentoring to junior writers when required.

Project Management:

  • Handle multiple content projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of copy across all channels and campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured content library for ongoing and archived projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a content writing or copywriting role (Agency experience required).
  • Prior experience in Political Content, Social Media Campaigns, Ads, and Brand Communication.
  • Exceptional command over English and Hindi writing — both creative and professional (Must Have).
  • Proficiency in content tools like Google Docs, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, tone, audience targeting, and messaging strategy.
  • Experience writing for digital, print, and social media formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to creative feedback.
