- Experience in using Collaboration platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex.
- Experience in Developing LOD400 And 500 model of Data center and High-rise building.
- Clash detection and resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards & protocols
- Manage BIM-related project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain data management systems and workflows
- Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
- Develop and implement quality control processes for BIM models
- Ensured timely delivery of BIM models and data to project stakeholders
- Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies
- Implement corrective actions to improve BIM model quality
- Meet client expectations and concerns related to BIM implementation
- Review the LOD 300/350 model received from Client and develop the Shop drawings

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience
- Any graduate, BE/B.tech., Diploma in Electrical
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Clash detection and resolution.
- Software skills required in Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Data center, Autodesk build, Collaboration Pro (Good to have)
- Good communication skills
