Sr Conversations - Executive ( Lead Generation/Audience Generation)

Job Description:

The Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.

Key Responsibilities

1.Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.

2.Collection and profiling of data

3.Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events

4.Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.

5.Adhering to quality standards

6.Achieving targets set for activities assigned.

7.Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.

8.Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.

9.Generate & publish reports of the outbound calls for assigned activities.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream.

2-3 years of relevant experience is essential.

Skills Required:

1.1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.

2.Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.

3.Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)

4.Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.

5.Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.

6.Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory
