What is the work

• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized technical content for SynapseIndia's website, blogs, service pages, landing pages, and other digital platforms , with a primary focus on attracting international clients and generating qualified business leads.
• Develop compelling technical content around web development, mobile app development, software engineering, AI/ML, cloud solutions, and other relevant technology services offered by the company.
• Write informative blogs, articles, thought leadership pieces, and industry insights that demonstrate SynapseIndia's technical expertise, strengthen its online authority, and improve organic search rankings.
• Translate complex technical concepts, project capabilities, and technology solutions into clear, customer-focused content that addresses the challenges and business needs of international prospects.
• Create content for YouTube videos, including technical explainer scripts, employee interviews, company culture videos, project showcases, and other video marketing initiatives.
• Write engaging software, product, service, and technology reviews that build credibility, communicate value, and support the company's digital marketing objectives.
• Plan and create technical and non-technical social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility among international audiences.
• Draft professional press releases and corporate communications for company announcements, events, milestones, partnerships, achievements, and other important business updates.
• Use AI writing tools effectively to accelerate content research and creation, improve productivity, generate ideas, and optimize content quality without compromising originality, accuracy, or the company's brand voice.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for improving search visibility and attracting relevant international traffic.
• Work closely with SEO specialists, digital marketing teams, business development professionals, designers, video teams, and technical subject matter experts to develop accurate and effective content.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice across all content channels while ensuring that content is informative, engaging, conversion-focused, and aligned with SynapseIndia's business goals.
• Review and update existing website content to improve relevance, readability, SEO performance, and conversion potential.

What skills and experience are we looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the IT services, software development, or technology industry.
• Strong expertise in SEO content writing , including keyword research, search intent optimization, on-page SEO, and creating content that improves organic traffic and search engine visibility.
• Proven experience in writing website blogs, articles, landing pages, service pages, and other web content to attract and engage international clients.
• Excellent technical content writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, software solutions, web applications, mobile applications, and emerging technologies in a clear, engaging, and business-oriented manner.
• Experience in creating content for employee videos, technical explainer videos, YouTube videos, and other video-based marketing initiatives.
• Ability to write product reviews, software reviews, technology reviews, case studies, customer success stories, and solution-oriented content.
• Experience in writing both technical and non-technical posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Proficiency in drafting press releases for company events, business announcements, technology launches, achievements, partnerships, and corporate updates.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered content writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, ideation, drafting, optimization, and editing, while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Excellent English writing, grammar, proofreading, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B content marketing, lead generation, brand positioning, and writing for international audiences, particularly in the IT services and software development domain.
• Ability to research technical topics independently, collaborate with technical teams, and convert technical information into compelling content that communicates business value.
