Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Maintain SolarWinds and CloudWatch infrastructure.
- Dashboard Creation: Build visual performance dashboards for teams.
- Alarm Optimization: Tune thresholds to minimize alert fatigue.
- Incident Response: Investigate infrastructure performance issues and outages.
- Automation: Script routine monitoring deployments and updates.
- Reporting: Generate weekly capacity and uptime compliance reports.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Trained in managing Solarwinds and AWS Cloudwatch
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
- Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.
Certifications
- SolarWinds Certification: SCP (SolarWinds Certified Professional).
- AWS Certification: AWS SysOps Administrator Associate.
- Network Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of SNMP and WMI.

Primary Skills
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies
- SolarWinds NPM/SAM: Advanced configuration and management.
- AWS CloudWatch: Metric collection, alarms, and dashboards.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Network, server, and application metrics.
- Scripting: Automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- OS Administration: Intermediate Linux and Windows Server.
- Shifts: US Shifts + Oncall
- Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication.
Desirable Skills
- ITSM Integration: Connecting alerts to ServiceNow or Jira.
- Log Management: AWS CloudWatch Logs.
