The Impact you will have as a SAP S4/HANA EAM Consultant @ delaware India
As a SAP EAM Consultant, you will lead and participate in requirements gathering from clients, recommending and designing solutions, configuring settings, and conducting testing. As a member of our global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in design workshops, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms.

What Will You Do :
- Significant experience (5+ years) as an SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant and experienced in Energy/Utilities Domain.
- Provide functional and application support for SAP S/4HANA EAM Maintenance processes, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Support configuration and use of maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, functional locations, capacity planning, and maintenance scheduling.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize asset uptime and maintenance execution.
- Support integration between EAM and Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI/CO), and Supply Chain processes.
- Assist with testing, defect resolution, and validations during enhancements, upgrades, and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with utility, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Provide documentation, end-user support, and training related to EAM maintenance processes.
- You will providing support including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements.
What We Look For :
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / SAP PM, including maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, equipment, and functional locations.
- Experience in Energy & Utilities domain, with knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes
- Hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and application support for SAP EAM, including incident resolution and system enhancements.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations with Materials Management (MM), Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in implementation and AMS projects, including requirements gathering, testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, end-user training, and process improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder Management & Communication – Capability to gather requirements, conduct workshops, collaborate with business users, and provide effective end-user training
- Flexible to work in Implementation and AMS projects
- Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members
