Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to clients during fund-raising transactions by addressing investor queries, preparing analytical data, and coordinating key information for investor submissions.
• Develop financial models to capture financial and operating KPIs, conduct scenario analysis, and support bid submissions and assessments.
• Communicate with equity investors, bondholders, lenders, rating agencies, developers, and other stakeholders to understand bid requirements and underlying business models.
• Engage in detailed discussions with clients to assess financing needs and recommend optimal financial structures.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/CA qualification with 2-4 years of experience in project financial modeling.
• Proficiency in INDEX, OFFSET functions, scenario analysis, and Macros for financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of debt funding, contract structures, bid pricing, and deferred payment plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global clients.
