Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and enhance Blue Yonder WMS functionalities
  • Troubleshoot issues by reviewing trace files and identifying root causes
  • Develop and modify scripts using Groovy and Integrator as required
  • Participate in system configuration and ensure alignment with warehouse operations
  • Assist in writing and defining test cases and scenarios based on functional requirements
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve system issues efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for WMS processes and system performance

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of C, Java, and other programming languages
  • Experience with reviewing trace files and issue troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Groovy and Integrator
  • BY WMS Technical Certification is highly desirable

Functional Skills Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of WMS functionalities and system configurations
  • Ability to define, write, and execute test cases and scenarios
  • BY WMS Functional Certification is highly desirable
