Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Workday Reporting & Analytics solutions to meet client requirements
Oversee implementation of Workday HCM modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics best practices to optimize performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday solutions
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and customizations
Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of Workday features
Monitor and troubleshoot Workday system issues, providing timely resolutions
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve Workday functionality and user experience
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Workday implementations
Support finance and accounting teams by providing insights through Workday analytics
Engage with stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable Workday solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Workday systems
