Responsibility:
Business Consulting:
Lead business consulting engagements specializing in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, industry 4.0, asset management and quality
Support clients by delivering customised solutions to address their unique requirements.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current technology trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks in supply chain management and manufacturing.
Facilitate client workshops to conduct process discovery, identify transformation opportunities, and design future-state processes.
Serve as an intermediary between the client business and the solution team to convert business requirements into IT solutions.
Business Development Support:
Support client partners and CRMs in preparing responses to proposals (RFP/RFI)
Formulate and execute Go-To-Market strategies to expand business opportunities.
Partner with current account teams to proactively identify potential consulting opportunities.
Assist leadership team with client pursuits by conducting market research and developing points of view.
Thought Leadership:
Develop thought leadership in supply chain management and manufacturing through white papers, webinars, and connections with analysts.
People's Development:
Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants.
Establish annual goals, conduct appraisals, provide mentoring, training, and guidance related to career development.
Participate in the hiring process and support efforts to attract, develop, and retain associates or team members.
Other requirements (good to have):
In addition to manufacturing, prior experience in at least one area—planning, sourcing & procurement, warehousing, or logistics
Project management experience
Experience with at least one supply chain management and manufacturing platform.
Demonstrated proficiency in communication and presentation in client-facing roles.
Previous employment experience with any Tier-1 management consulting firm
Knowledge of industry, research, or benchmarking resources in relevant fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sense of accountability and a constructive approach.
