We are looking for a Senior Communication Manager to lead strategic and hands-on communication for Government / PSU projects and large-scale public campaigns. The role requires strong expertise in policy communication, content leadership, media coordination, and stakeholder management, with deep understanding of public-sector protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with Government / PSU objectives.
- Write, edit, and oversee content such as policy documents, press releases, reports, speeches, website and social media content, and campaign material.
- Manage media relations, stakeholder communication, and preparation of talking points and official briefs.
- Oversee editorial planning and content calendars; coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (creative, PR, digital).
- Lead communication support for campaigns, events, public awareness initiatives, and launches.
- Handle crisis and sensitive communications as required.
- Ensure compliance with government protocols, branding, and approval processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English and Hindi writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Government / PSU communication norms.
- Ability to simplify complex policy or technical information for public audiences.
- Experience across digital, print, and multimedia content.
- Strong coordination, editorial judgment, and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, English, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in communications, preferably with Government / PSU or agencies handling public-sector accounts.
- Proven experience in official and policy-driven communication and integrated campaigns.
