Sr. Co - Producer

Job Title: Sr. Co-Producer / Strategic Partner

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop Business Plan, future projections, financial matrix, and present it to the founders & stakeholders.

- Oversee overall business expansion and growth of as per the business plan.

- Responsible for stakeholder management & attending regular board meetings.

- Responsible for revenue generation through business expansion & keeping a check on Accounts payable & receivable.

- Establish deep inroads with major stake holders, Production houses/studios, OTT Platforms, writers, directors, & talents.

- Provide necessary support by acquiring & developing content.

- Collaborate with various producers and directors to develop content.

- Drive and execute fundraising strategies to secure necessary capital for various Projects.

- Help create & supervise various project budgeting.

- Establish and manage relationship with key talents, including negotiating contracts with the starscasts and crew.

- Responsible for maintaining & reviewing the P&L.

- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

- Apply comprehensive knowledge of Print, Advertising and Pre-sales.

- Assist and expertise in pre-production, production, and post-production processes.

- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by managing logistics, scheduling, and crew coordination.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Liaise with crew members, talent, and stakeholders.

- Experience in producing both theatrical and OTT feature films.

- Establish and manage relationships with domestic OTT players, studios, and distributors.

- Provide creative input and support.

Desired Candidature :

- 15+ years of experience in film/TV production.

- Proven track record of delivering successful Theatrical & OTT projects.

- Experience in budgeting and scheduling software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of film/TV production processes.

- Strong network of industry contacts.
