Sr Cluster Business and operations Managaer

Position: Cluster Business & operations manager 

Salary - upto 8lpa 

Experience: 6 to 8 years of exp. FMCG / CPG / Retail Distribution / E-commerce 

Qualification: Any graduate/MBA preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead state-level business operations across 14 districts through BOMs, driving GMV, sales, margins, procurement, supply chain, and overall profitability.

Set and achieve district-wise business targets for GMV, orders, active FPS dealers, revenue, and repeat purchases.

Manage product assortment and category performance based on market demand, fast-moving products, margins, and district-specific requirements.

Monitor market pricing and competitor activity to ensure competitive selling prices and identify margin improvement opportunities.

Manage procurement by developing supplier relationships and negotiating better pricing, schemes, credit terms, and margins.

Ensure product availability, optimum inventory levels, timely order fulfilment, and reduction of stock-outs and slow-moving inventory.

Oversee district-wise delivery operations, logistics efficiency, TAT/SLA adherence, and route optimization.

Drive district-level P&L and profitability by improving GMV, product mix, gross margins, and controlling logistics costs, returns, and leakages.

Monitor and improve BOM performance through regular reviews, target tracking, and corrective actions.

Coordinate with internal teams, district stakeholders, the Frontier Markets project team, and relevant government departments including the AP Civil Supplies Department.

Required Skills & Qualification:

* 6–8 years of relevant experience 

* Strong experience in FMCG / CPG / Retail Distribution / E-commerce 

* Preferably experience working across Andhra Pradesh 

• Experience in buying/procurement, sales, distribution and supply chain

• Experience managing distributors / dealers / retail networks

• Strong understanding of FMCG pricing and margins 

* Experience managing a multi-location team 

* Experience handling business targets and profitability

• Strong understanding of local AP markets and distribution ecosystem
