We are seeking an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and optimize AEM-based digital experiences. This role involves working with AEM (6.X and above), AWS, React, and modern frontend technologies to build high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement: Design and develop AEM-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrations: Implement AEM integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products, third-party services, and non-Adobe systems.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including UX, backend, and DevOps, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- System Administration: Administer and manage the AEM platform, ensuring stability, optimization, and compliance with best practices.
- E-Commerce Solutions: Develop and optimize AEM-based eCommerce platforms on AWS Cloud.
- Troubleshooting & Enhancements: Identify and resolve AEM-related issues while staying updated with the latest AEM advancements.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.X and above) – Strong foundational knowledge and architecture understanding.
- Java & Backend Development – Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and RESTful services.
- Frontend Development – Expertise in React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Bootstrap.
- CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience with Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Source Code Management – Experience with Git and conducting code reviews.
- Integration Expertise – Knowledge of AEM integrations with external systems and services.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software security, continuous integration (CI/CD), and refactoring practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience working on eCommerce platforms using AEM on AWS is a plus.
