Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing at FB Celebrations. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling financial aspects related to client servicing, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications

Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Understanding of Finance in a client servicing context
Experience in event planning or luxury customer service
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Field of Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
RSVP Coordination
