We are looking for a result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide and support prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling, lead conversion, and achieving admission targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Manage walk-in students and provide end-to-end admission support
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Participate in admission drives, seminars, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or telesales (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in university/college admissions
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and pressure

- Daily call volume (80–120 calls)
- Lead conversion ratio
- Monthly admissions achieved
