Job Title: Sr. Captain / Restaurant Manager

Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Food

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall restaurant floor operations smoothly

Manage and supervise restaurant staff efficiently

Handle guests and ensure excellent customer service

Coordinate with kitchen and bar team for timely service

Handle guest complaints professionally

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper SOP follow-up

Support billing and daily restaurant operations

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sr. Captain or Restaurant Manager in hotel/restaurant

Strong leadership and team handling skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Good knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations

Smart personality with professional behavior
